● 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience (SaaS experience preferred). 
● Proven experience in user research for AI and automation tools. 
● Expertise in developing detailed workflows and wireframes for complex user journeys. 
● Ability to simplify complex tasks into intuitive user experiences. 
● Strong advocate for usability and customer-centric design. 
● Experienced collaborating closely with development teams. 
● Familiarity with design systems and data visualization. 
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

UX Researcher & Workflow Designer – AI & Automation 
We are seeking an experienced UX professional passionate about designing intuitive UX 
workflows and conducting in-depth user research for AI-driven and automation-focused products. Your role involves building detailed workflow architectures, wireframing user journeys, and deeply understanding various user personas to identify pain points and deliver impactful UX solutions. 

Key Requirements: 
● Strong personal portfolio showcasing UX workflows, research processes, and detailed

● Proven experience designing UX workflows and conducting comprehensive user 
research, particularly within AI and automation domains. 
● Skilled in creating detailed workflow architectures and wireframes for complex 
processes and user journeys. 
● Expertise in analyzing diverse user personas, uncovering unique needs, behaviors, 
and pain points. 
● Ability to translate research findings into practical UX designs and improvements. 
● Strong advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring solutions directly address 
user needs. 
● Collaborative and effective communicator, capable of clearly presenting insights and designs to cross-functional teams. 
● Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. 
● Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. 
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and consistently focused on deepening user empathy. 

Tools & Methods: 
● Figma, User interviews, surveys, persona development, usability testing, prototyping, 
wireframing, workflow mapping, and analytics tools.
