We are looking for a 
Quantitative Market Researcher
 with strong expertise in 
Quant MR studies and research
. The role requires 
hands-on experience in managing and analysing datasets using Conjoint Methodology
, with the ability to apply key concepts such as 
attributes, levels, utilities, trade-offs, and market simulations
 to generate insights. Prior exposure to 
ATU, Demand Study, Conjoint, Segmentation, or Tracking Studies
, as well as experience in 
multi-country/global MR projects
, will be preferred. Healthcare/pharma research experience is an added advantage.

Critical selection criteria:

• Experience:
  2–4 years of hands-on Market research.
• On-site Availability:
  Must work from
  Gurugram – or Noida – 201301
  .
• With a strong Research Skills Artefacts/portfolio:
   Highlighting proven ability with quantitative methods (e.g., usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, task analysis) and
• Healthcare/Pharma MR Experience:
  Exposure to studies such as
  ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking.
• UCD Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Ability to
  influence and drive alignment
  with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Insight Translation:
  Strong skill in synthesizing data into
  actionable, business-impacting recommendations.
• Availability:
  Immediate

You will work on:

• Define Research Goals:
  Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
• Investigate User Behaviors:
  Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
• Develop Research Plans:
  Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
• Evaluate and Analyze Usability:
  Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Synthesize and Share Insights:
  Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
• Drive Research Innovation:
  Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
• Measure Research Impact:
  Assess design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Experience in defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
• Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing progress and findings to drive alignment and results.
• A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Familiarity with corporate or consulting environments, along with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal), including proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.

• An understanding of the software development lifecycle and how research integrates into the design process.

• Preferred Qualifications:
  BDes/MDes, BE/BTech, or degrees in psychology, cognitive science, human factors, HCI, or related fields.
