Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantitative Researcher located in Gurgaon. The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models, analyzing financial data, generating trading strategies, and conducting empirical research. The role involves working closely with the trading team to enhance investment decision-making and optimize trade execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in quantitative finance, econometrics, or financial engineering

  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, or similar

  • Experience in developing quantitative models and generating trading strategies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
