Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, conducting market research, assisting in sales strategies, and ensuring team targets are met. Additionally, the role involves organizing and attending meetings, providing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Market research and sales strategy development experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
