Assistant Vice President – HR Operations TransformationTransform the Future of HR Operations with Gen AI and Digital InnovationWe're seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President – HR Operations Transformation to lead cutting-edge transformation initiatives across our major HR Operations portfolio. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to shape the future of HR through Gen AI, automation, and advanced analytics. What
You'll DoDrive end-to-end transformation across HR Operations domains including Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle, Payroll, and Benefits. You'll own the transformation roadmap, executing Gen AI and digital initiatives that deliver measurable business impact while enhancing employee experiences. Key Responsibilities:Lead HR Operations transformation roadmap with Gen AI, analytics, and automation initiatives
Serve as domain expert and process custodian for HRO standardization and innovation
Execute programs that boost productivity, improve SLAs, and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and cross-functional teams
Design and implement digital solutions including RPA and Gen AI tools
Manage client governance and drive business value realization
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:Proven experience leading HRO transformation programs
Hands-on experience with Digital, RPA, AI/ML, or Gen AI deployments
Deep expertise in HRO processes and systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday, Taleo)Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong strategic thinking and program management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:MBA in HRLean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationAI/ML or Gen AI certificationsPMP certification
Experience managing global transformation teams
