Human Resources Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our organization's HR strategy and implement practices that foster a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strengthen relationships with senior leaders, fostering open dialogue and collaboration to advance organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent time management skills, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and agile work ethic, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
