Lead HR Business Partner

Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to spearhead our organization's people-first initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic alignment and foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with C-suite executives to develop and implement HR strategies that propel business growth
  • Designing and executing comprehensive talent development frameworks to build future-ready leaders
  • Driving performance management systems that encourage ownership and recognition
  • Championing inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness
  • Influencing organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and impact

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth or innovation-driven organizations
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, and talent development
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy with a people-first mindset
