A Senior Manager / Manager - Financial Analyst performs the more difficult and complex budgetary and financial studies and supervises a small staff engaged in the formulation, analysis, and execution of budget and financial management plans, and the development of budgetary and financial policies, procedures and operations.

MUST HAVE

  • Prepared Annual operating plan and business profit and loss statements
  • Prior experience in payment industry on revenue models such as PA, PG, POS etc.
  • Managed key stakeholders reports
  • KRAs / KPIs for business functions and what are those in payment industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modelling: Ability to create and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and drawing insights to support business decisions.
  • Accounting: Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in using Excel for financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Risk Management: Understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
  • Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
  • Understanding key business drivers.
  • Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
  • Developing financial projections and building financial models.
  • Performing research and analysis as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
