About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Ticketing Executive
to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will manage domestic and international ticketing through GDS software, liaise with airlines, and ensure seamless travel solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and issue airline tickets using GDS and other portals.
  • Liaise with airlines to negotiate the best fares for clients/tours.
  • Handle ticket-related issues including cancellations, reissuance, and additional bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with airlines.
  • Monitor tour budgets and secure fares lower than the set budget to maximize profitability.
  • Assist clients with ticketing, schedules, fares, and travel-related queries.
  • Process customer payments and update ticketing records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    domestic & international ticketing
    .
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in
    Travel & Tourism
    or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with
    GDS software
    (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Ability to manage
    corporate clients
    and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written English).
