
Office Assistant

We are leading CHA company of Kolkata. We are looking for a good candidate as an Office Assistant post, having good knowledge of Computer & Post shipment documentation supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- A primary role for handling COOs, GSP forms, shipping bills, and other essential paperwork
- Perform general back-office duties such as data entry, file management, and documentation.
- Draft official letters, emails, and other types of business correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in English(both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong skills in official communication and letter drafting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data handling, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
