Office Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, associates, and management. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Objectives:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, associates, and visitors, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and courteously.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive image at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record maintenance.
- Manage and organize documents, mail, and office supplies.
- Draft letters, emails, and other written communication materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving client or associate queries.
- Support management and team members with day-to-day office coordination tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., etc.).
- 0 -1 year of experience in office administration or as an executive assistant (Freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
