Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and business growth by designing and implementing regional/national sales strategies.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a strong sales team, ensuring continuous skill development and performance improvement.
- Cultivate long-term client partnerships by delivering customized solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and execute development programs to close capability gaps.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide motivation to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Manage sales operations and ensure smooth execution of monthly and annual closing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B/B2C.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales, SaaS, and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage retail, wholesale distributors, and stockists effectively.
- Consistent achievement of regional and team targets.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Pay: ₹80, ₹95,000.00 per month
