Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at JCR Marbles, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing growth strategies. The role will also involve conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

  • Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry trends
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Business Growth Strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the natural stone or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
