Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Marketing at our Kolkata office. The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include crafting market plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing public relations efforts. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of conducting thorough Market Research and analyzing market trends
  • Proficiency in Sales collaboration and tactics to drive market growth
  • Ability to manage Public Relations efforts and develop effective communication strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology and Master's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related field
    from Tier1 business school
  • Prior experience in a senior marketing role or as a Marketing Head in a related industry
