Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Navi Mumbai, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with prospective homebuyers and developers. Primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, providing expert property consultations, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through property purchases. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in relationship management, client servicing, and building professional networks
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of real estate markets, property trends, and basic financial concepts
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
