Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive

to join our Business Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management systems, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation.
  • Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, and provide actionable insights to the business team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in the automation of CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
