We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Executive to manage IVR calls, handle customer enquiries, update the CRM, and coordinate viewings and appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, tech-savvy and comfortable communicating via phone, email and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming IVR calls and ensure accurate, timely routing to the correct team.
  • Respond to customer queries over the phone with professionalism and clarity.
  • Update and maintain customer records, leads and interaction notes in the CRM.
  • Proactively follow up to confirm appointments and resolve last-minute queries.
  • Schedule and coordinate facility viewings; share necessary details with customers and team members.
  • Send personalized introduction messages and follow-ups via email and WhatsApp.

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using IVR systems, CRMs and messaging platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and good data-entry accuracy.
  • Empathetic listener, customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–4 years experience in customer service, telecalling, or front-office roles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
