Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Sales to drive frozen food sales through retail, general trade, and modern trade channels in Bangalore. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales & profitability targets.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Monitor stock movement, reduce expiries, and control receivables.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Submit regular sales and performance reports.

Candidate Profile:

  • 712 years of experience in FMCG / frozen food sales.
  • Hands-on experience in retail, general trade, and modern trade.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and market-savvy.
