To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned. Required Skills - Candidate must have onpapers experience as a Manager(Call Center Head) Must have experience into managing a telesales team of between 120-150 people Must have strong experience into managing end to end call center operations Must have strong team management skills.
