Job Title: Head of Marketing Strategy – Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing Strategy to lead our marketing function in the real estate industry. The role will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support sales in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Identify target markets, buyer personas, and emerging real estate trends.
  • Create project-specific marketing plans to maximize sales velocity.

Brand Management & Communication

  • Strengthen the company's brand presence across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure consistent messaging in brochures, ads, digital platforms, and public relations.
  • Oversee storytelling and brand positioning to differentiate from competitors.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Drive digital campaigns through SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Optimize property listing portals, project microsites, and online lead capture.
  • Implement marketing automation tools for efficient lead nurturing.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market intelligence on competing projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Events & Promotions

  • Plan and execute property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, brokers, and influencers for project promotions.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team for creativity, productivity, and high performance.
  • Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective marketing execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, RERA compliance, and customer buying behaviour.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of creating strategies that deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹120,000.00 per month
