We are a growing IT/ERP solutions company implementing Odoo ERP for clients across industries. We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Lead to join our team and lead ERP implementations, with expertise in development, customization, and support of Odoo solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, or Projects.
  • Utilize Odoo APIs and maintain advanced configurations.
  • Coordinate with the technical/development team for module customization and integration..
  • Provide functional support, training, and documentation to end users.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution
  • Prepare reports and dashboards as per client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Odoo ERP Implementation Executive.
  • Experience in project management and client interactions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Odoo workflow and functional setup.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with documentation and process mapping.
