We are seeking a motivated Odoo ERP Functional Consultant (Fresher) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of Odoo ERP and a keen interest in learning business processes across domains like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM. You will assist senior consultants in implementation, configuration, and support while gaining hands-on experience with real-world ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements under guidance of senior consultants.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, or Projects.
  • Present Odoo ERP tools to SME's looking for enhanced tools
  • Help in documenting workflows, processes, and module configurations.
  • Provide functional support to end users with guidance.
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and training sessions as required.
  • Test Odoo modules and report issues to the technical team.
  • Learn and understand business processes to suggest Odoo-based solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's degree
  • Freshers with Odoo training or relevant certification.
  • Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR).
  • Eagerness to learn ERP implementations and process mapping.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Odoo Community/Enterprise editions.
