Overview:

We are looking for a talented Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with a solid understanding of both business processes and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling end-to-end Odoo project cycles — from requirements gathering and module customization to deployment, user training, and post-implementation support. This role combines functional expertise with technical development to deliver high-performing, scalable Odoo solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client requirements and design customized Odoo solutions aligned with their business workflows.

  • Develop, configure, and implement new Odoo modules or modify existing ones to meet project objectives.

  • Perform system upgrades, functional testing, bug fixing, and optimization for enhanced performance.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications.

  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.

  • Provide functional and technical user support, including training sessions for end-users.

  • Prepare documentation for solutions, configuration, and functional specifications.

  • Manage multiple Odoo projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and functional consulting.

  • Strong understanding of Odoo's core modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS).

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux/UNIX environments, and version control tools like Git.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Odoo certification.

  • Experience with ERP systems and business process modelling.

  • Knowledge of additional APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.

Role Details
