the E-Commerce Operations, including areas such as order processing, inventory management, product cataloguing, listing, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

The candidates with hands-on experience in
E-Commerce operations
, especially with
Amazon Vendor Central
and other E-Commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Instamart, Blinkit, and Zepto will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

This role focuses on managing the MIS and operational backend for E-Commerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on Amazon Vendor Central. The role demands attention to detail, proactive coordination, and strong analytical capabilities to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, organizing, analysing, and reporting data related to the agency's performance across marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). This helps leadership, account managers, and clients make better, faster decisions.

• Data Collection & Reporting
  :

• Downloading data from seller/vendor portals (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).

• Collecting order, sales, return, and traffic data.
• Creating
  daily/weekly/monthly dashboards
  using Excel or BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Maintaining performance trackers for:
• Sales
• Ads (ACOS, ROAS)
• Returns
• Inventory
• Chargebacks

2. Product & Catalogue Monitoring

• Keeping track of listed SKUs and their status.
• Flagging inactive, suppressed, or out-of-stock listings.
• Monitoring pricing and discount strategies using data.

3. Inventory & Order Management Reports

• Monitoring inward and outward movement of inventory.
• Generating reorder alerts or stockout reports.
• Tracking open purchase orders, shipments, and fulfillment status.

4. Vendor Central / Seller Central Back-End Support

• Downloading and summarizing chargeback, COOP, and deduction reports.
• Tracking POs, ASN status, invoice reconciliation.
• Sharing regular updates with client/account managers.

5. Performance Analysis

• Analyzing:
• Sales trends
• Top-performing SKUs
• Non-performing listings
• Customer return reasons
• Providing actionable insights to account managers.

6. Ad Campaign Support (if integrated with AMS team)

• Pulling ad spend reports (Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads).
• Analyzing cost-per-click (CPC), impressions, sales vs spend, ACOS.
• Supporting ad optimization planning with MIS data.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required

• Graduate or Postgraduate with a
  strong academic background
  .
• 1–2 years of
  experience in MIS or data reporting roles
  .
• The candidate should have knowledge of
  Advanced Excel
  , Pivot table, V lookup, H lookup, Macros, Google spreadsheet, and mail drafting.
• Strong attention to detail + analytical thinking
• Knowledge of
  Amazon VC, SC, Flipkart Seller Hub
  etc will be an added advantage.
