Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to oversee and guide our sales team towards achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and report KPIs to management.
  • Handle key client accounts and assist in closing high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure timely reporting, client follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
  • Result-oriented, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
