**Position**: Sales Team Lead

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to promote services like digital marketing, SEO, website development, CRM, and software solutions.
- Train new sales team members and provide continuous coaching for performance improvement.
- Monitor team performance through CRM tools and generate reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT or digital marketing services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
