Job Title: Sales Team Leader (STL)

Location: Noida, Sector 16

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and experience in achieving business goals through effective team management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure consistent productivity.
  • Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share performance insights with management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high team morale and retention.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational goals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in telesales or B2C/B2B).
  • Prior experience in leading a sales team is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
