We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who understands how to generate qualified leads, especially for SaaS products and service-based businesses. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with startups and low-budget companies, knows how to prioritize ROI, and can build organic growth strategies that convert.

You will own the SEO strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales support, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on lead generation, not just traffic
  • Optimize websites for SaaS and service-based offerings (B2B preferred)
  • Perform keyword research targeting buyer-intent and sales-driven keywords
  • Create and optimize landing pages that convert organic traffic into leads
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align SEO with funnel and revenue goals
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, indexing, schema, etc.)
  • Build and execute low-budget, high-impact SEO strategies suitable for startups
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
  • Optimize content for conversions (CTAs, internal linking, UX signals)
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in SaaS or service-based companies
  • Proven experience generating inbound leads through SEO
  • Strong background working with startups and budget-constrained environments
  • Experience marketing and selling SaaS products or B2B services through organic channels
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on ROI and business impact
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Understanding of content marketing for SaaS funnels
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS
  • Experience working with analytics, data, or tech-focused companies

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹23,000.00 per month
