Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation Specialist

Ocean Clicks provides offshore Paralegals, Legal Virtual Assistants, and Administrative Specialists to U.S.-based attorneys. Our clients operate in FCRA, FDCPA, Credit Repair, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and more.

We are growing fast and looking for a strategic, technical, and execution-driven Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate consistent, high-quality inbound attorney leads through organic marketing, paid advertising, SEO, funnels, and outbound campaigns.

Role Overview :-

This role requires complete ownership of the marketing ecosystem — including SEO, ads, lead generation, content, funnels, analytics, branding, and social media.

Your core mission: Build a predictable marketing engine that drives inbound leads and scheduled calls from U.S. law firms.

We are looking for someone who is:

Data-driven

Strong in execution

Skilled in both paid + organic marketing

Excellent in English communication & copywriting

Key Responsibilities :-

Paid Advertising --

  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors and engaged audiences
  • Reduce CPL through continuous testing and optimization

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) --

  • Optimize landing pages for both SEO and conversions
  • Track rankings, impressions, CTR, and organic lead flow

Content Creation & Organic Marketing --

  • Create high-quality content for website, blogs, and funnels
  • Manage and execute content strategy for organic reach

Social Media Management ---

  • Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create regular and consistent social media content
  • Maintain, update, and grow the company's overall brand presence

Lead Generation (Outbound + Inbound) ---

  • Execute outbound campaigns to targeted attorney segments
  • Manage and optimize all inbound funnels

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization ---

  • Build, test, and optimize landing pages for conversion
  • Improve user journey and maximize lead quality

Analytics & Reporting ---

  • Track CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and lead quality
  • Present weekly performance insights and improvements

Branding ---

  • Maintain and enhance Ocean Clicks' overall brand positioning
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, content, and campaigns

Work Arrangement :--

  • Initial 30–45 days of mandatory in-office training
  • After training → Hybrid
  • We may call you to office once a month (as required).
