**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify valuable keywords and optimize on-page content (titles, headers, meta descriptions, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices to ensure the website’s SEO strategy is current and effective.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and social media channels.
- Work with the content team to develop and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content (infographics, videos, etc.).
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging posts that align with the brand’s voice.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, etc.
- Use data insights to optimize and improve digital marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1 year experience and consider skilled fresher too in SEO, digital marketing
- Use and Knowledge of AI tools is mandatory
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing tools.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
