Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Introduction: We are looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic to increase the online presence of our company and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to guide SEO campaigns and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking to improve page rankings and user experience.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Create and execute link-building strategies to enhance website authority and drive organic traffic.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Work closely with content teams to ensure that content is optimized for search engines, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content.
  • Technical SEO: Perform regular technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance (e.g., site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, etc.).
  • Email Marketing & Deliverability: Collaborate with email marketing teams to ensure optimal email performance through SEO-focused strategies, including email deliverability and optimization with tools like SendGrid and other email platforms.
  • SEO Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO software. Adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure that the company's SEO efforts remain competitive and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure seamless SEO implementation and optimize digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1.5+ years) as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other industry tools.
  • Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like SendGrid and experience with email deliverability.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and SEO performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce SEO.
  • Familiarity with paid search advertising (PPC) and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
  • Knowledge of web development practices and technical SEO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
