Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager - Real Estate for a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, managing, and growing partnerships with channel partners to achieve sales targets. Tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting performance evaluations, managing relationships with real estate agents, and providing ongoing training and support to maximize sales performance. The individual will also analyze customer insights and market trends to enhance sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in partner and channel relationship management.
- Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide channel partners effectively.
- Proven ability in performance analysis, strategic planning, and market research for driving sales activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an added advantage.
