Assistant General Manager Channel Sales

Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to consistently achieve monthly and overall sales targets.
-Drive channel sales by building strong relationships, onboarding new agents, and expanding the partner network as per targets.
-Execute effective sales and promotional strategies while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer expectations.
-Generate new business opportunities through channel networks and educate clients on market trends, rental yields, and property appreciation.
-Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring compliance with SLAs while maintaining strong people-management and communication skills.
-Adapt to dynamic work environments, including weekend engagements, and effectively hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
Who should apply?
-8 to 15 years of experience in Channel Sales(Must have 3+ Years in real estate industry), specifically in Apartment/Villa
-Handling a sales members of 5 to 8 people in Channel Sales
-Should have worked in any lead management or sales ERP tool
-Frequent travel required and flexibility to work on weekends
Working Days: Wednesday-Monday (Tuesday week off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
