Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive sales and revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. The role involves identifying market trends, creating strategic plans, and ensuring quality service delivery. This position requires frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the staffing industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research and generate leads through networking and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through prompt service and issue resolution.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales and revenue goals through effective presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, close deals, and monitor performance against targets.
4. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to deliver successful placements and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and share regular performance reports with management.
5. Travel:
- Travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities nationwide.
