Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Manager role based in Surat. The Creative Manager will lead creative direction, develop strategies, and oversee branding projects to ensure cohesive and impactful brand representation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing creative teams, overseeing project timelines, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to guide teams and align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Expertise in Branding and Brand Development to craft cohesive and impactful brand identities.
  • Proven ability in Project Management to coordinate teams, manage deadlines, and deliver results efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure visually engaging creative outputs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
  • Prior experience managing creative teams and projects is preferred.
  • A degree or certification in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
