About the Role

Were looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in the luxury diamond jewellery segment. The ideal candidate will excel in digital storytelling, luxury branding, and content aesthetics driving engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and manage high-quality visual content with in-house creative teams.
  • Plan paid and organic campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn & Company Website.
  • Collaborate with influencers, PR, and e-commerce teams to boost visibility.
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Manage community engagement, online reputation, and feedback response.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing in diamond Jewellery.
  • Strong visual sense, luxury aesthetic understanding, and content planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO and social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience in paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and influencer collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of diamond jewellery and product storytelling.
  • Experience in influencer marketing within the luxury sector.
  • Strong creative eye and appreciation for craftsmanship.
