Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions, respond to comments and messages.
  • Work with the design and marketing team to create visually appealing content.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and collaborations.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and new platform features.
  • Build brand consistency and maintain a positive brand image online.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
