Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day interactions, respond to comments and messages.
- Work with the design and marketing team to create visually appealing content.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and collaborations.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and new platform features.
- Build brand consistency and maintain a positive brand image online.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
