We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands trends, knows how to build brand identity, and can create engaging content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos).

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.

Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for better reach and conversions.

Coordinate with the design/creative team for branding, campaigns, and product promotions.

Stay updated with platform trends and implement them in brand communication.

Handle social media ad campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.

Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.

Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms.

Ability to create visually appealing content with basic graphic or video editing skills.

Strong communication and copywriting skills.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics etc.).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and trend awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in F&B, Retail, or Franchise-based brands.

Understanding of offline & online marketing integration.

Experience with paid ads and campaign optimisation.
