Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Sales Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the Sales Recruiter will work closely with account managers to understand clients' staffing needs and ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring processes and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous experience in IT Staffing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
