Role Summary:

Quadrant Technologies is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise IT landscape. You will manage large-scale hybrid infrastructure, global support teams, and drive governance, reliability, and compliance across thousands of endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee large-scale hybrid infrastructure including Data Centers, Azure, and AWS.
  • Enforce enterprise ITSM governance and compliance standards (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Lead global IT support teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely escalations.
  • Own budget planning, capacity forecasting, and vendor management.
  • Lead enterprise rollouts: Windows 11, M365, network modernization, Zero Trust initiatives.
  • Strengthen Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, Audit, and Engineering teams to align operational and security strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise IT operations with large-scale systems.
  • Strong communication skills for leadership and board-level reporting.

  • Practical experience with:

  • ServiceNow

  • SolarWinds / Splunk / Datadog
  • Azure AD / M365 / Intune

  • Enterprise Backup & DR platforms

  • Proven leadership across multi-regional and distributed teams.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
