US HR Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, leveraging digital onboarding tools for a seamless new-hire experience.
  • Conduct I-9 validations and ensure strict compliance with immigration and employment eligibility regulations.
  • Utilize the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS, including entries for new hires, terminations, and status changes.
  • Administer payroll using Paychex or ADP platforms.
  • Manage basic accounting and payroll-related tasks, including time entry, invoice management, and reconciliation through QuickBooks.
  • Oversee Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
  • Coordinate and track background verification (BG Check) processes as required.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address HR-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay current with HR laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure company adherence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for HR-related services and audits.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience working with U.S.-based HR and payroll systems.
  • Exposure to international or multi-region HR operations.
  • Prior experience managing vendor relations and HR audits.
