About the role: (HR Specialist (Recruitment and HR Administration)) We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Specialist to join our staffing and recruitment agency. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR administration, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients, as well as managing various HR administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for recruitment and HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, documentation, record-keeping, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
