Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, improve policies and processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of solutions. Responsibilities will include aligning operational goals with company objectives, supervising cross-functional teams, analyzing workflows, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and fostering innovation and efficiency across various projects.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Science is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience is required in operations management in a product based company.
- Should have knowledge of import process.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including workflow analysis and process improvement
- Experience in resource allocation, team supervision, and operational strategy alignment
- Proficiency in operations management tools and project planning methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- A background in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields is a plus
- Local lanuage profciency is preferred.
- Proven experience in automation, instrumentation, or data management industries is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and foster innovation
