Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager Sell (Planning) to take charge of demand forecasting, category performance, and P&L management for a large-scale consumer electronics category. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly/monthly demand planning and support annual business planning (AOP).
  • Analyze category performance metrics and identify gaps; own the roadmap to address them.
  • Design and execute high-impact growth strategies.
  • Own and manage category P&L, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (buying, marketing, analytics) to align on priorities.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor trends to refine growth plans.

Key Skills Required:

  • Demand forecasting and planning
  • P&L ownership and business acumen
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation
  • Strategic thinking and category development
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail (preferred)

Preferred Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience in planning, category management, or strategy roles
  • MBA/PGDM preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
