Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager Sell (Planning) to take charge of demand forecasting, category performance, and P&L management for a large-scale consumer electronics category. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on strategic planning, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly/monthly demand planning and support annual business planning (AOP).
- Analyze category performance metrics and identify gaps; own the roadmap to address them.
- Design and execute high-impact growth strategies.
- Own and manage category P&L, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (buying, marketing, analytics) to align on priorities.
- Stay updated on market and competitor trends to refine growth plans.
Key Skills Required:
- Demand forecasting and planning
- P&L ownership and business acumen
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Strategic thinking and category development
- Experience in e-commerce or retail (preferred)
Preferred Profile:
- 4–8 years of experience in planning, category management, or strategy roles
- MBA/PGDM preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
