Key Responsibilities:

● Own the product margin and margin growth of Dairy, Staples & Grocery categories.

● Develop and execute assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies.

● Build strong vendor relationships to ensure best pricing, consistent supply, and product quality.

● Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless execution.

● Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve margins, sales velocity, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

● 5+ years of experience in category management or buying in modern trade, ecommerce, or quick commerce.

● Proven track record in managing dairy, staples, or grocery categories.

● Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

● Bangalore-based experience is mandatory; must have deep understanding of the local ecosystem.

● MBA or relevant postgraduate degree mandatory.

● Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale from ground up
