Role Description

As a Category Manager at EPIK, you will be responsible for
building, managing, and scaling

your assigned product categories from driving customer demand to managing supply partnerships and ensuring best-in-class demo and sales experiences.

You will be the
business owner

for your category, working at the intersection of
sales, marketing, and operations

to deliver rapid growth while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the end-to-end business

for your product category, including category strategy, sales growth, pricing, and customer experience.
- Drive demand generation

through targeted marketing campaigns, on-ground activations, and digital initiatives to increase demo bookings and conversions.
- Work closely with demo and operations teams

to ensure smooth customer journeys; from demo booking to product purchase and installation.
- Analyse category performance data

to identify trends, optimize pricing and promotions, and enhance customer engagement.
- Continuously improve category efficiency

by managing inventory, optimizing supply, and ensuring strong service partner performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in
    category management, sales, or business operations

in a
startup, e-commerce, or consumer electronics

setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a
data-driven mindset

- Ownership mentality

: the ability to drive results independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent
communication and stakeholder management

skills.
- Passion for consumer electronics and an understanding of the retail / e-commerce landscape.
