Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive business growth, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand our customer base, resolving customer issues, and improving overall customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and preserve trusting relationships with key customers
Manage customer communications and resolve issues efficiently
Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new customers
Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction
Improve customer care and expand the customer base
Monitor business competitors and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Coordinate with counter staff to ensure timely delivery of food to customers, avoiding delays and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in customer service
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strategic problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain core values of the organization and provide a positive customer experience
Strong active listening skills, empathy, and patience
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
