**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to make cold calls and convert them into leads and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, technical) to address customer needs.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Support the customer onboarding process when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer relationship or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first attitude and proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT industry will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
