A **Customer Relationship Executive** is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. They serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- **Customer Retention**: Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, aiming to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively address customer concerns and complaints, working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Feedback Collection & Reporting**: Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to relevant teams for product and service enhancements.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
