Customer Relationship Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage and strengthen relationships with our digital marketing clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, feedback is addressed promptly, and client satisfaction is consistently high. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client objectives and ensure their digital marketing needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, Content) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign updates, reports, and performance insights regularly.
- Gather and convey client feedback to relevant teams and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence.
- Assist in upselling/cross-selling agency services based on client goals.
- Maintain client records and follow up on queries using CRM tools.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer/client relationship roles, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience working in a digital or creative agency.
- Ability to understand and explain basic campaign metrics (CTR, ROI, traffic, conversions, etc.).
- Exposure to project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Basecamp.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
